Professor Rodrigo Antunes is heading to NYC this week to compete at Pan NO Gi. After winning in March the Gi version, he is ready to another challenge and for sure will represent our team with pride and honor. Good luck, Professor!

  Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:20pm to 8:00pm, Fundamental classes will cover basic Jiu Jitsu techniques and mobility exercises. This class is strongly recommend for White Belts and anyone who needs to review some basic concepts. Our all levels GI Class will be moved to 8:00pm- 9:15pm.

Last week, Professor Rodrigo Antunes, along with our Guest Instructors Master Paulo Caruso and Professor Juliano Leon spent a week at United States Olympic Training Center at Colorado Springs. They were part of USA Judo National Team training camp for the Worlds Games next month. Here some pictures of their training.

In July, we had a pleasure to have BJJ Black Belt 5th degree World Champion Otavio Tata Duarte teaching a Master Class at our school. He also brought UFC Fighter Thiago Marrenta Santos fresh from his victory and share some great techniques with our students.
